COURSE OVERVIEW

The Early Years Educator Programme equips workers to provide high-quality early education and care in settings like day care, children's centres, and pre-schools. Educators deliver evidence-based learning opportunities for all children, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), while adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). They facilitate learning through play, apply the observation, assessment, and planning cycle to support development, and may serve as a key person for one or more children in their care.
