ATTEND AN INTERVIEW
If you are shortlisted for the role, you will be contacted to arrange an interview with the employer. The interview process can vary depending on the role you are applying for, however this will all come clear when contacted to attend the interview.

START YOUR APPRENTICESHIP
If you are successful you will be contacted and be able to accept the role. Your new employer will then be in touch with you to arrange a start date. We will then also start the onboarding process which will include completing initial paperwork, assessment and call to get you enrolled onto the chosen apprenticeship. Once this is completed you will then be assigned to a personal tutor who will welcome you to the programme.

We partner with schools, sports clubs, community organisations, health and leisure providers to deliver high-quality apprenticeships across England. We work in collaboration with CIMSPA (Chartered Institute of Management, Sport & Physical Activity) to ensure our sport and physical activity programmes meet industry standards. Our apprentices benefit from dynamic, hands-on training with personalised learning plans designed to support each individual’s development and career goals.
